John McCormick & Co. Ltd. have invested in a state of the art RK-250 Plus 'Narrow-Web' press, one of the most flexible and advanced machines on the market.

The RK-250 Plus allows us to offer customers a unique facility for the production of printed laser sheets, high quality direct mail material and colour commercial work.

This innovative machine is equipped with 4 Offset litho print units with ultra violet curing and runs from reels of paper as opposed to sheets. This Enables us to run reel to reel (giving personalisation options) reel to sheet (offering in line completion of jobs) and reel to fanfold (for continuous business forms).

The reel feed, coupled with ultra violet curing enables the press to run up to 4 colours at speeds of 250 metres/850 ft per minute. No conventional sheet fed press can match such speeds and his future gives John McCormick & Co. ltd. a competitive advantage.
